Today i have the first in a new series of shoe recommendations for specific distances.
Lots of viewers have requested my recommendations for shoes for the common distances recently so to help out I shall cover each distance in the next few weeks starting with 5k or 3.1 miles first.

I have not included the Nike Zoom Vaporfly Next% which i feel is a bit of a cop out for such a distance. Yes its going to benefit the elite runners perhaps but over the 5k distance its less of an advantage.

So i give some limelight to other shoes today on the show.
